REGISTRATION: 

 Early bird registrations open september 1st, 2022:
Fees: 1 300€ for the 3 days

 Registration fee from May 2nd, 2023: 1 500€ for the 3 days

The rate includes: the access to the conference room & live surgery, exhibition area, delegate bag and information pack,
certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and lunches.
Limited number of participants.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the organisation will take all the necessary precautions with the relevant sanitary rules.
All participants should keep themselves informed about the Covid 19 restrictions in France.
Only then, a total refund of the registration fee will be possible.

Would you please note that your booking will be confirmed once you receive your confirmation from Lac Annecy Congrès.

CANCELLATION must be made in writing to Lac Annecy Congrès.
Until May 8th, 2023 a refund of 50% of the fees will be made.
There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
