Getting to ANNECY
Annecy is readily accessed by all means of transport. From your point of origin, there are several possibilities to reach Annecy. If arriving by airplane, the most convenient way is to arrive in Geneva (Switzerland), the nearest city where there is an international airport. Annecy is also accessible from either Paris or Lyon.
From Geneva International Airport
Geneva International Airport (www.gva.ch) is located at a distance of 40 km from Annecy. Transfers to Annecy can be made by bus (recommended in a collective effort to reduce carbon emissions), by taxi or by car (preferably taxi/car sharing).

The Satobus network connects Lyon-St Exupéry Airport with Annecy several times a day.
Buses run around every 2 hours between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Return journeys from Annecy run between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m.
A Satobus counter is at your service from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and is located in the airport central hall at level 1. The cost for a one way ticket is approximately 32 €.
