Paolo Paladini was educated at the Catholic Univeristy of Rome (Italy), qualifying as a doctor in 1993 and specialist in Orthopaedics in 1999 at Ancona University.

During his residency he completed a Shoulder Fellowship at the Epsom General Hospital under Dr. D.H.
Mok. (1995).
In 2000 he founded, with dr. Giuseppe Porcellini, a Unit of Shoulder and Elbow surgery at Villa Serena
Private Clinic in Forlì (Italy)
Since 2005 to April 2018 he worked as senior assistant at the Unit of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery of Cervesi
Hospital in Cattolica (RN – Italy).
Since 1st April 2018 he is Assigned Chief of the Unit of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery of Cervesi Hospital in
Cattolica (RN – Italy).
Since 1st of May 2021 he is Chief of the Unit of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery of Cervesi Hospital in Cattolica
(RN – Italy).
His clinical and surgical practice has always been dedicated to shoulder and elbow problems.
He is author of several international publications on different topics concerning the shoulder and elbow.
He is member of Italian Society of Orthopedics (SIOT)
He is in the president of Italian Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SICSeG) for 2021 and 2022.
He is Corresponding Member of American Shoulder and Elbow Society (ASES)
He is ordinary member of European Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SECEC-ESSSE)
Since 2017 to 2019 he was member of SECEC-ESSSE Educational committee
Since 2019 he is Chief of Educational Committee of SECEC.ESSSE
